These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of etadawi.com and the Tadawi ecosystem of products, including Tadawi Connect, the Doctor Portal, Tadawi HMS, and Tadawi AI (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using our Services
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Services, and you agree to provide accurate information when booking appointments, registering as a provider, or contacting our team. Access to clinical features is limited to verified providers and their patients.
2. Not a substitute for emergency care
Tadawi facilitates booking and management of non-emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately rather than using the Services.
3. Provider responsibilities
Doctors and clinics using the Doctor Portal and Tadawi HMS remain solely responsible for the clinical care they provide. Tadawi provides the technology layer — scheduling, documentation, and billing tools — and does not practice medicine.
4. Payment & plans
Tadawi Connect and the Doctor Portal are free for patients and individual doctors. Clinic and hospital plans are billed according to the plan selected at signup; payer and insurer partnerships are governed by separate agreements.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access accounts that are not yours, interfering with the platform's operation, or submitting false clinical or billing information.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, and you may stop using the Services at any time. Certain obligations, including those related to billing and data retention, survive termination.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tadawi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
