Our story
From a clinic in Amman to a regional platform
Tadawi's founders spent years inside the region's clinics and hospitals, watching good doctors get boxed in by claim-based reimbursement — paid for the visit, not for whether the patient actually got better. Records lived in three different systems. Patients repeated their history at every new door.
So we built the system we wished existed: one connected record spanning booking, clinical care, and billing, with payment structures that reward outcomes over volume. What started as a single Amman clinic's booking tool is now the operating layer for a growing network of doctors, clinics, and payers moving toward care-based healthcare.
