Tadawi ("we", "us", "our") provides a healthcare platform connecting patients, doctors, clinics, and payers across the region. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across etadawi.com, Tadawi Connect, the Doctor Portal, and Tadawi HMS.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, and health information entered when booking or managing a visit — as well as information generated through your use of our products, including appointment history, clinical notes, and usage analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our services: matching patients with doctors, supporting clinical documentation, processing billing, and communicating with you about your care. We do not sell personal health information to third parties.
3. Sharing of information
Health information is shared only with the doctors and clinics you choose to interact with, and with payers where required to process a claim or benefit. We may share aggregated, de-identified data with partners for research and quality improvement.
4. Data security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews to protect information across our platform. No system is completely secure, and we continuously invest in strengthening our safeguards.
5. Your rights

6. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 16 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Where a minor's care is managed through Tadawi, a parent or legal guardian controls the associated account.
